"I was looking for a company that could produce a fully comprehensive report about our property as well as its content.

Cover Your Assets was recommended to me and the Director personally came around to pay me a visit and show me the high caliber of reporting that they could do; starting with the inventory data capture, improvements and alterations made to the house which is also useful for the CGT (Capital Gains Tax) calculation. We agreed on a date for the inventory recording and the whole process was completed efficiently within a ½ day and within a week I had my completed report. To my surprise, I realized just how under insured I was. Now that I have a clear and complete picture of the contents of our home I made the necessary adjustments with our insurance broker. With a current and accurate record of everything we own including all the pertinent information I feel a lot more comfortable that in the event of a loss, big or small I am in the position to provide all the relevant information that may be demanded from the insurance company or the police should they even track any of the items down. I cannot imagine any household that would not benefit from this very valuable service." |
